Sand Gnats

Luke is playing on his first baseball team.  He is officially a player for the Sand Gnats....yes, you read it right, they're the sand gnats!  LOL...He's having so much fun.  He loves it and is advanced beyond his years.  His team is for ages 6-8.  He's the smallest on the team, but guaranteed he is the youngest.  He has quite a bit to learn, but his raw talent is pretty amazing.  We love watching this kid!

White....Clean....Pure

We were so excited Savana's big day finally came and went.  She was pouring out happiness.  I don't think I've ever seen her smile for so long.  She was completely in tune with everything that was going on.  She did not let one word slip by her, she was clinging onto every single one.  Savana was radiating beauty, happiness, purity, and joy.  She had a beautiful baptism.  I'm so glad we had so many to share in the day with us and her choice to make it happen!

How cool is this?  Scott's Brother and his family came from Oregon to surpise Savana and attend her baptism.  Savana and their Madelyn are the best of friends and only a few months a part in age.  Anytime they are together they are attached at the hip.  It's the cutest thing ever!  We're hoping to be able to return the gesture in August when Maddi gets baptized!

First Days Home

I've had all kinds of fun taking pictures of sweet Brooklyn.  It's convenient to pull out the 'ol phone and snap away.

Poor little thing had to have her heel pricked many times because her bili ruben levels were testing high.  She had to wear the bili blanket for a little over a week.  We didn't like it much!

After she was no longer bound by cords and neon lights, we did some serious cuddling!

I got her bedding all finished almost a month before she came.  Now I just need to finish decorating and she'll be set!
