Baseball, baseball and more baseball

Before the weather even has a chance to warm up these boys are itching to get out and play ball.  Scottie changed teams once again, due to the team falling apart.  I think we've found a good team this time and hope they can all stick together for awhile.

Little Slugger

Luke tried out for a baseball team for 8-10 year olds.  He rocked it and got picked up by the New York Yankees.  He was the smallest guy out on the field, but he made up for it in his actions.  We opted out of letting him play machine pitch this year because we thought he would be bored.  He's making some good strides and can play with the best of them!

Mother's Day

At the request of my Mother, we celebrated Mother's Day by going to the zoo.  We had done this a few years back when my two sisters and myself only had one child each.  Our family has grown a little bit since then.  It was a bit warm, but a lot of fun!

Business in the Front, Party in the Back

Brooklyn's hair has a mind of it's own.  I'm not exactly sure of it's intentions with the growth pattern, but this baby is not, I repeat NOT, meant to go around without having some kind of style or pony tail.  It's long enough to put two little pig tails in the back and oh boy does she look adorable when I do it! Otherwise, she's rockin' the mullet....no joke.

Miss Piggy

I had fun putting pig tails in the princess' hair!  It was funny though, she was so happy one minute and a complete wreck the next.  We love our little princess!

Step It Up

So, Brooklyn had taken her first steps quite a while ago, but she's not too keen on doing this walking thing.  We knew she could do it, she knew she could do it, she just knew it was faster to crawl.  Here's the cutie in action!

Savy Turned the Big 9!

This year she wanted things to be extra special.  So, we decided to throw a friend party and take them all to the movies.  Last year she got a bum deal because we just had Brooklyn and it was too complicated trying to juggle it all!  She had a great turn out and oh so much fun.....
First up, celebration on her actual birthday, then followed by her party! She wanted to go to Wendy's for her birthday lunch and then we took her to Sizzler with the family for dinner!!
